Delete account

App: KENSHI kids watch app.

Customer service: android@kenshi-digital.com.

There are 2 methods to delete your account:

1. Delete your account within the KENSHI kids watch app. You need to log in with your registered username and password.
2. Send an email to customer service. Please send your request to android@kenshi-digital.com. If you send an email, please specify your name and the registered email. Your account will be closed within 5 business days after your request is confirmed.

Kind reminder: once you delete your account, all associated information will be permanently removed from the system. You will no longer be able to log in, and the account cannot be restored.
